We are looking to fill an open Relationship Banker position in our Clayton office. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday (w/rotating Saturdays until noon) position.
As a Relationship Banker, you will:
- Solicit and work with consumer and business customers in opening and servicing deposit accounts
- Cross-sell various products to our existing customers
- Solicit and grow new business
- Back-up the Teller line and work closely with the General Manager
Our applicants must be dynamic, sociable, and enthusiastic team players, while possessing a positive can-do attitude, excellent judgement, and communication skills. In order for the candidate to be able to deliver the #citizensexperience, the candidate must also have superior customer service and computer skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Previous retail, banking, or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
