Citizens State Bank, a locally owned community bank, is looking for highly motivated candidates with a passion for five-star customer service to fill a part-time Teller position in our Onalaska office. This position offers approximately 20–25 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility between 7 AM and 6 PM. Hours may vary slightly each day based on business needs. Rotating Saturdays (8 AM–12 PM) are required. Sundays and all major bank holidays are off!
Applicants must be dynamic, sociable, and enthusiastic team players, while possessing a positive “can-do” attitude, excellent judgment, and communication skills. Candidates must also have superior customer service skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with a strong desire to succeed. Previous cash handling experience is preferred, although not required. The duties of the position include processing customer deposits, cashing checks, and balancing a cash drawer.
