Head Teller/ Lead CSR

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead teller/CSR to oversee daily operations within our financial services team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of banking and expertise in customer relationship management. This role involves helping customers, ensuring compliance with fraud prevention protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by providing tailored financial solutions and explaining appropriate products.
• Handle cash management duties including cashiering, debits & credits, and cash handling procedures.
• Utilize financial software for transaction processing, account management, and reporting.
• Conduct retail math calculations such as basic math, banking math, and 10 key typing for accurate transaction processing.
• Ensure adherence to all banking policies related to cash management, and customer data security.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial sales, customer relationship management, or banking roles.
• Strong knowledge financial software systems.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention/detection techniques and regulatory compliance in financial services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in retail math, basic math skills, 10 key typing, cash handling, debits & credits, and cash management procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with prior experience supervising or leading a team preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in transaction processing and documentation.
