The Behavioral Intervention Implementation Associate (BII) plays a significant role in supporting students with disabilities by providing individualized behavioral and instructional support within an inclusive classroom environment. This team member supports in fostering students’ independence, social-emotional growth, and academic success through positive behavior intervention techniques and a collaborative approach with teachers, specialists, and families.

- Supporting instruction for individual students or small groups with special needs as assigned
- Assist students in prescribed learning activities
- Monitor student behavior and apply approved behavior management techniques to redirect and modify challenging behaviors
- Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-based interventions as outlined in student plans
- Implement therapy plans developed by Behavior Intervention and Education Specialists
- Observe, record, and report behavioral data in accordance with established procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and positive, professional relationships with students, staff, and families
- Perform related duties as assigned to support the success of all students
- Monitoring student behavior and utilizing approved behavior management techniques to redirect and modify inappropriate behaviors
- Administering one-on-one ABA-based Intensive Behavior Intervention methods to designated students in a school setting (as necessary)
- Implementing documented therapy plans for Behavior Intervention treatment.
- Assist teachers during the school day with instruction, oversight, and supervision of students
- Provide adaptive support with eating and toileting
- Performing additional related tasks as needed.
Salary : $20 - $30
