Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center, located in Frederick MD is hiring for Geriatric Nursing Assistant positions for day (7a-3p) and evening (3p-11p) shifts, and every other weekend night shift (11p-7a).

Job Responsibilities
- Check and record vital signs, measure height and weight, report and record observations of resident's conditions.
- Check and pass food trays, assist residents with meals, provide fresh drinking water and nourishments.
- Turn and position residents, provide range of motion exercises, transfer residents, assist with ambulation.
- Bathe residents, provide nail and hair care, assist with oral hygiene, shave residents, assist with dressing and undressing.
- Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality, keep call signals within resident's reach, answer call signal promptly, provide orientation to the room or unit and to other visitors and residents, assist residents with communication, prepare hot and cold applications.
License/Certification
- Maryland GNA/ Geriatric Nursing Assistant Certification required
