As a member of the Operational Readiness and Business Support team, the Business Support Specialist will provide general support across all areas of Business Banking Operations. Attention to detail, positive motivation, paired with exceptional communication skills are required skills for this position. This individual will interact with various stakeholders, operate independently on several projects and also operate as part of a team. Being able to thrive in an ever evolving environment and multi task is another quality for success in this role.Candidate will be responsible for the design, deployment, and ongoing performance of a quality assurance program across all areas of Business Banking Operations, leveraging automation tools where possible to support a robust review process. Additional responsibilities will include procedure governance, audit, business continuity, change/project management support and general business.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant business experience
Highly motivated and team-oriented
- Must be experienced with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a time sensitive environment
- Ability to effectively manage a pipeline of credits, independently prioritizing activities
- High School or equivalent (GED) required
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred

Work Schedule: M-F 8-5
