Full Time Teller

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Teller to join our team. The Teller will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling financial transactions accurately, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking needs.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and ensure all transactions are accounted for.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide information on bank products and services.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in transactions.

• Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

• Assist with other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in banking or finance is a plus.

• Previous experience in a customer service or cash-handling role preferred.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

• Proficiency with computer systems and banking software.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
