Citizens Bank of WV has an opening for a Head Teller/Universal Banker at the Beverly office. This position is responsible for the efficient operation of the teller line and compliance with federal and state regulations as well as bank policies and procedures. The Head Teller/Universal Banker maintains primary responsibility for cash vault, completes a variety of teller related duties, trains tellers on all aspects of branch operations, and provides exceptional customer service. Identifies cross-sell opportunities and refers customers to appropriate department.
