Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service with a positive attitude
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other financial transactions accurately using banking software
• Assist customers with account inquiries, new account openings, and basic loan information
• Promote bank products such as savings accounts, loans, and other services to meet customer needs
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy through precise counting and balancing at shift end
• Follow security procedures to ensure safe handling of cash and sensitive information

Requirements

• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or loan officer roles preferred
• Strong basic math skills and proficiency in math-related tasks such as 10 key typing
• Computer skills are desired
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to perform accurate calculations and handle cash confidently
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in banking or finance is advantageous
