SUMMARY
The Senior Marketing Manager, Disney Alliance will be responsible for developing and executing the brand marketing strategy and yearly marketing calendar for the US Market, for Citizen licensed product and for at least 1 key collection within the Citizen brand. The Senior Marketing Manager will own every element of the strategy from insight gathering, to ideation, campaign creation, campaign deployment and measurement, with the goal of building brand awareness and driving brand consideration for new product launches and our existing licensed collections across the full Citizen Watch eco-system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and consideration (for new and existing consumers) for licensed, connected and at least 1 primary collection across the Citizen Watch eco-system
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocating resources according to brand priorities and direction from the Director of Marketing, Citizen
- Coordinate with PR and Social Brand leads to create twice yearly briefs to PR, Social, and Media agencies
- Collaborate with the digital marketing, sales, product development, data and analytics, media and creative teams to ensure the best of the brand’s product and messaging manifests in market in a timely, impactful manner
- Provide guidance and ideas to organize and activate marketing events, integrations and partnerships (owning everything from inception to on location execution and measurement), managing content creation and deployment to support event storytelling
- Source and manage new brand appropriate influencers, collaborations and sponsorships
- Primary point of contact and project lead for all marketing initiatives associated with licensed, and assigned collections both within Citizen Watch America, Tokyo Head Quarters, License partners, and agency partners
- Manage all marketing initiatives within the allocation marketing budget

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; or 4-7 plus year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Hourly rate: $40.00 - $50.00
