What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support position at Citizen Advocates, Inc?

We're looking for highly motivated, self-directed, organized individual that can join our Customer Support team in a busy behavioral health clinic. Computer literacy and multi-tasking required for our high patient volume environment. Duties include but are not limited to daily Customer Support duties such as patient scheduling, managing provider schedules, answering/directing phone calls and communicating with multiple agencies and community members. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
