Summary/Objective:
Oversee day to day operation of the assigned business.
Essential Functions (Job Duties):
- Develop short- and long-term production goals.
- Establish efficient workflow.
- Ensure quality control of production and safety of workspace and equipment.
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain working relationship with suppliers and other wholesalers.
- Ensure completion of paperwork as required by all regulatory agencies.
- Maintain adequate supply of supplies and items for sale and monitor inventory. Requisition as needed, within budgetary restraints.
- Ensure adequacy of staff to meet production needs, within budgetary restraints.
- Complete billing in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:
