The Associate Delivery Lead (ADL) will play a hands‑on, onshore delivery leadership role within Enterprise Data Platform (CDP) initiative built on Snowflake. The role is responsible for driving execution, governance, and performance management across multiple programs and initiatives running in parallel, while actively promoting an AI‑first mindset and AI‑led delivery practices.
The ADL will work closely with Client stakeholders, Client’s Technical Program Management (TPM) team, and cross‑functional delivery teams (Product, BSA, Data Engineering, Analytics, QA) and CT-Client account leadership to ensure predictable delivery, proactive risk management, and continuous value realization using modern data and AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Execution, Governance & Scale
- Own day‑to‑day delivery execution across multiple CDP programs and initiatives running simultaneously, ensuring consistent tracking and delivery predictability
- Partner with Client stakeholders to translate roadmap features into executable delivery plans aligned with CDP priorities
- Provide hands‑on governance, delivery oversight, and performance management across Snowflake‑based data engineering, analytics, and QA teams
- Liaise closely with Client’s Technical Program Management (TPM) team for planning, sequencing, dependency management, and milestone tracking
- Track cross‑program dependencies and execution metrics to ensure alignment across initiatives
- Drive regular governance cadences with Client stakeholders; prepare and present delivery dashboards, status reports, and insights, collect feedback, and drive action plans
- Track and action feedback from CSAT and PSAT client surveys, ensuring continuous improvement in delivery quality, communication, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Support fulfillment and scale‑up, proactively planning capacity and resourcing needs as initiatives ramp up
- Support onboarding, ramp‑up, and ongoing effectiveness of new team members across CDP initiatives
AI‑First Delivery & Value Enablement
- Promote an AI‑first mindset across the delivery organization, embedding AI into day‑to‑day delivery and execution practices
- Drive increased AI adoption and AI‑led delivery, focusing on productivity, quality, and cycle‑time improvements
- Identify opportunities where AI tools can be leveraged across data engineering, QA, analysis, and operational workflows
- Partner with Client and CitiusTech leads to drive value‑added initiatives enabled through AI and automation
- Ensure AI usage aligns with governance, security, and responsible AI practices
Risk, Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Own a clear escalation and recovery plan for delivery disruptions caused by attrition, performance gaps, or capacity constraints.
- Proactively identify delivery issues, challenges, and risks within CDP and highlight them to leadership with clear mitigation plans
- Drive proactive communication and resolution of issues—no surprises
- Attend and actively contribute to regular delivery, program, and leadership cadences with Client stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong, trusted working relationships with Client business and technology stakeholders
Team Performance, AnPs & People Enablement
- Drive AnPs with team members to review accomplishments, priorities, delivery health, and upcoming plans
- Establish and maintain regular 1:1 connects with team members to track delivery performance, engagement, and challenges
- Own performance management for team members, including annual appraisals, goal setting, and providing periodic, constructive feedback
- Identify training and upskilling needs, support defined career paths, and provide ongoing mentoring and coaching
- Foster a high‑performance, accountable, and execution‑focused team culture aligned with CDP and organizational goals
Growth & Business Support
- Participate in proposals, providing delivery inputs, execution models, and resourcing perspectives
- Support long‑term sustainability and maturity of the Client Data Platform through continuous improvement initiatives
Operating Context
- Ability to work under pressure, manage changing priorities, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to balance execution detail with broader delivery outcomes
Required Skills & Experience
- 15 years of experience with a strong focus on data platforms and analytics delivery
- Proven experience in a hands‑on Associate Delivery Lead / Delivery Lead / Technical Delivery role
- Strong working knowledge of modern cloud data platforms
Solid understanding of:
- Data warehousing and analytics architectures
- ETL / ELT pipelines and orchestration
- Advanced SQL‑based transformations
- Dimensional modeling and data quality practices
- Experience delivering solutions involving:
- Data Engineers
- Data Analysts
- QA / Data Validation teams
- Product and Business stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and initiatives
- Strong Agile execution and governance experience
- Excellent communication skills with business, TPMs, and engineering leadership
- Comfortable operating in a large‑scale delivery environment (40 team members)
Nice to Have
- Healthcare domain experience, especially payer or enterprise analytics platforms
- Exposure to Snowflake, AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of Snowflake Cortex Code and Cortex Analyst
- Experience working in AI‑enabled or automation‑driven delivery environments
- Experience in regulated or compliance‑driven data platforms

• Issue turnaround time improves and escalations reduce compared to prior month.
• Better delivery predictability across workstreams (plan vs actual variance improves).
• Reduced ad-hoc dependency on Client SMEs for day-to-day decisions.
• Faster onboarding and stabilization of new joiners (time to effectiveness improves).
