Security Guard

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide an exceptional service to our clients and customers

· Perform the tasks assigned by the client or supervisors.

· Monitor, maintain, and inspect facilities.

· Enforce any rules or regulations in accordance with policy.

· Respond to incidents, gather information, and document.

· Request emergency personnel in high-risk situations.

Specialized Hospital Security Training is a requirement:

• De-escalation and Crisis Intervention techniques, particularly for individuals impacted by

mental health, substance abuse, or homelessness.

• Behavioral Health Awareness, ensuring respectful, empathetic, and safe engagement

with at-risk patients and visitors.

• Medical Facility Protocols, including training on HIPAA compliance, pharmacy control, and emergency room safety practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Valid BSIS Guard Card is required.

· A valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

· Possesses a high school education or equivalent (GED).

· Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

· 4 years of security experience
