The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our company and key clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.
Citiguard is currently hiring an Account Manager with experience in security services, problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training. Essential Functions:
· Serves as a key point of client contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service for assigned account; evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary corrective action in a timely manner.
· Meets regularly with client representatives for status updates and addresses any actual or potential problems. Addresses client concerns promptly and professionally.
· Provides support during client start-up; supports security planning, assessments and surveys; reviews and updates post orders.
· Understand client needs and customize existing business programs to meet their needs.
· Responsible for developing new strategies to improve client satisfaction and build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.
· Within scope of client contract and assigned duties, authorizes appropriate expenditures including. equipment, supplies, and vehicles; acts to ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and administers driver training.
· Ensures that there is an adequate inventory of uniforms, radios, and other supplies and equipment; maintains and submits payroll records and other associate and business information.
· Prepares and coordinates staffing schedules for account, in collaboration with line management as necessary. Ensures that scheduling is handled effectively to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs.
· Reviews Security Officer site reports to verify post orders and client directives have been satisfactorily followed. Inspections of all posts as a part the evaluation of security staff work environment.
· Coordinates with sales staff business development priorities and key sales actions; assists clients in understanding the full range of company products and services; negotiates and facilitates the negotiation of client contracts.
· Oversees, coordinates with line management, and participates in the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development and retention of high caliber staff. Ensures that each staff member is treated with dignity and respect.
. Coordinates with scheduling, recruiting and other departments to guarantee appropriate coverage of guards for all new and existing accounts.
· Plans, assigns, and directs work; mentoring employees and issuing disciplinary actions, as necessary.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
· Assists in development and administration of budget in relation to assigned account.
· Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
· Ensures that staff members understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
· Provides input to company initiatives; promptly assists in the resolution of legal, financial, human resources, and administrative issues.
· Performs additional functions, duties, and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as necessary in order to achieve assigned business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
· High School Diploma or equivalent: Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
Work Experience:
· Five years of prior experience in the security industry
· Three years of leadership and supervisory experience
· Seven years relevant experience: Preferred
Requirements:
. Minimum scheduling experience of 30 employees.
. Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
. Knowledge of managerial practices and procedures.
. Must have all required certifications for the role the employee currently holds.
. Understanding of a variety of security and safety devices and controls.
. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
. Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments
. Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
. Ability to take initiative and achieve results.
