About us: Citiguard security offers comprehensive and high quality armed and unarmed security guard services. We provide integrated and cost-effective security solutions for commercial and residential security guard services in Los Angeles area including Orange County, Ventura, and California. We have a diverse range of services to meet our customers’ requirements and have a broad geographic footprint to meet demand for security patrol services, camera surveillance and executive protection.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support in the office and help maintain an efficient office environment. Come join our team in our brand-new corporate office in West Hills, Ca.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing incoming phone calls. Screens inquiry and routes call to the appropriate staff member.
- Greet and welcome guests in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
- Respond to emails from clients in a professional and timely manner
- Perform duties related to the preparation and maintenance of client contracts (e.g., locating contracts, filing documents, etc.).
- Help with file organizing, data entry, record keeping etc.
Requirements:
- High school or equivalent (Required). Associate or bachelor’s degree a plus but not must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong computer skills and data entry accuracy, punctuality, initiative, a good work ethic.
- Operational knowledge of the Internet and web-related technologies; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); Windows Operating System, Adobe.
- Strong comfortability in an office environment
- At least a 2-year history working in an office environment.
- Good customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
