Post Commander/Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

BILINGUAL

·Perform multiple duties specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

·Must read and become extremely aware of Post Orders that require quick and reliable service.

·Must perform as a visible deterrent to crime and client orders.

·Detect & report suspicious criminal acts at the post/near the post, including threatening acts towards the property, clients, employees or guests on site.

· Provide an exceptional service to our clients and customers.

· Perform the tasks assigned by the client or supervisors.

· Monitor, maintain, and inspect facilities.

· Enforce any rules or regulations in accordance with policy.

· Respond to incidents, gather information, and document.

· Request emergency personnel in high-risk situations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·Candidates must have the flexibility to work all days and shifts as needed.

· Valid BSIS Guard Card is required.

· A valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

· Possesses a high school education or equivalent (GED).

· Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

·Guaranteed 40 hours/week paid & possible overtime.

·Pay rate and work hours will be discussed during the interview process.

·PAY is BASED ON EXPERIENCE
