The Service Process Coordinator 4 performs moderately complex and varied assignments. This role supports the business by handling payment and reconciliation inquiries, processing proof of claim requests, and performing edits and balancing activities within Abandoned Property Systems. The position also involves researching general ledger account outages and assisting with new hire training. A key aspect is assessing risk in business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation and assets.

Responsibilities:

oSupports the function by responding to payment and reconciliation inquiries in a timely matter.

oProcess Proof of Claim Requests from current or past clients.

oPerforming edits to the data in our Abandoned Property Systems

oProcess and balance additions and subtractions to our Abandoned Property Accounts

oResearch and track outages to general ledger accounts

oAssists with the training of new hires or team members.

oFollows well-defined technical procedures.

oApplies research, information gathering, and analysis skills to factual information.

oAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

o1-3 years relevant experience preferred.

oProficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams and Zoom

oProven organization and time management skills

oStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.

oMust be detail oriented and follow procedures accurately.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent

Location: Sioux Falls, SD (No other locations offered)

Schedule:Monday through Friday, with start times at 7:30am or 8:00am CST for an 8hr shift. Fulltime

Eligibility: This position is eligible for our Home Office Program (HOP), offering the potential for remote work.
