Citibank, N.A. seeks an Engineering Lead Analyst for its New York, New York location.
Duties: Lead a team of engineers and software developers for delivering business critical organization wide initiatives using Cloud & Infrastructure Management and Application Management expertise. Lead Public Cloud Regions Expansion Initiative focusing on expanding Citibank’s IT infrastructure across NAM, EMEA and APAC regions to ensure provisioning the services offered by leading cloud providers including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Provider (GCP). Lead Public Cloud Citi Payment Express (CPX) Initiative focusing on building and delivering the Public Cloud infrastructure required by business-critical applications like Citi Payment Express. Drive the development and implementation of technology strategies for Regions Expansion, Enabling IT infrastructure including compute, storage, platform, database, and any other services required by the business-critical applications, enabling observability capabilities and alerts system. Enable monitoring capabilities and alerts system and performing sample application deployment for end-2-end validation of Regions Enablement using DevOps, Software Development, Testing, Monitoring, Observability, Security and Compliance expertise. Ensure alignment of the Banamex team with Citi Public Cloud Infrastructure provisioning processes and guide them with their Public Cloud Infrastructure provisioning setup. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronic Engineering or related technology field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer, Project Lead, IT Business Unit Lead Analyst, Engineering Senior Manager, or related position involving IT Infrastructure and Applications management experience. 5 years of experience must include: Cloud & Infrastructure Management - Application onboarding, Cloud setup, Infrastructure migration; Application Management & Database Technologies – ETL tools, Oracle, Linux scripting, Server management; DevOps & Release Engineering – CI/CD pipelines, Git, Infrastructure Releases; Software Development & Testing – Workflow automation, Testing tools; Monitoring & Observability – Stability and Performance metrics; Security & Compliance – Audits, Risk mitigation and compliance; Team Leadership & Mentoring – Engineering leadership, People management; Requirement/Business Analysis & Solutioning – Requirement gathering, analysis, solutioning and presentation to technical/non-technical stakeholders; Project & Stakeholder Management – Cross functional collaboration.
