Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Logistics Customer Service Representative to support daily warehouse operations, inspect incoming/outgoing materials, and ensure accurate, timely communication with customers, drivers, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a blend of office and hands-on warehouse work.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, and delivery updates.Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professional, timely communication.Provide order status updates and resolve customer concerns efficiently.Warehouse & Logistics CoordinationCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse teams, drivers, and carriers.Verify the accuracy of BOLs, pick tickets, receipts, and other shipping/receiving documents.Schedule pickups and deliveries to maintain smooth operations.Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery performance.Material Inspection & Warehouse SupportInspect raw materials, products, and packages in the warehouse to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.Confirm that items are properly labeled, stored, and ready for shipment.Assist warehouse team with locating materials, verifying counts, and reporting discrepancies.Support inventory control efforts, including cycle counts and reconciliations.Administrative SupportEnter and update orders in the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP.Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and operational documentation.Prepare reports related to order activity, exceptions, and warehouse performance.Compliance & SafetyEnsure all warehouse and logistics activities adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.Support facility safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.Qualifications:1–2 years of experience in warehouse logistics, customer service, or similar roles (preferred).Experience with WMS or ERP systems is a plus.Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and warehouse operations.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Physical Requirements:Ability to walk throughout the facility and warehouse for extended periods.Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and lifting of up to 25–30 lbs.Ability to inspect materials visually and physically as part of daily duties.Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (varying temperatures, noise, etc.).
