ROUTING CLERK Our warehouse has an immediate opening for a Routing & Logistics Coordinator. We are looking for an experience logistics and routing coordinator with minimum 2 years of experience to join our team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for all aspects of routing and logistics coordination. Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities Knowledge and experience with retail compliance guidelines, requirements, and retail routing submission.Route PO's through designated portals and websites.Prepare/Ensure accurate bills of ladingAudit shipments for accuracy of BOL and ASN for both prepaid and collect customersStrong and accurate data entry skills for high volume order processingRun and review reports to make sure all shipments are accounted for and shipped within window.Maintain shipping log for warehouseCheck-in driversPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Skills & experience Shipping and/or 3PL experienceExcellent verbal and written communication, organizational, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Outlook; proficiency in ExcelAbility to independently organize and prioritize workload within a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
