Job Summary:We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist / Leasing Administrative Assistant with experience in property leasing and homeowners association (HOA) operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, prospects, vendors, and visitors, while providing administrative support to the property management and leasing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in a fast-paced property management environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer and route incoming phone calls and emailsAssist with leasing activities, including:Scheduling and conducting property toursDistributing and collecting rental applicationsAssisting with lease preparation and renewalsProvide administrative support to HOA operations, including:Assisting homeowners with HOA inquiriesProcessing violation notices, architectural requests, and work order submissionsMaintaining HOA records and resident filesManage incoming and outgoing mail and packagesData entry and record management in property management softwareSupport move-in/move-out processes, including key tracking and resident formsAssist with event coordination and resident communicationsQualifications:Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, leasing, property management, or HOA-related roleFamiliarity with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RentCafe, or similar) preferredStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and organization abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
