We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Associate for an aerospace manufacturing company located in Ontario, CA. Accounts Receivable Clerk - Part-time opening(Must be able to work 6 hours per day, Mon - Fri) Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and record customer payments (checks, credit cards, ACH) accurately and promptlyMonitor and collect outstanding accounts receivable via phone, email, and mailGenerate and issue daily invoices as orders are shippedReconcile daily deposits between ERP system and bank recordsReview customer payment history to determine credit status and release orders accordinglyPrepare credit memos and process authorized deductions or adjustmentsMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information in the ERP systemRespond to customer inquiries and accounting-related emails in a timely mannerAssist with end-of-day and month-end closing proceduresCollaborate with Accounts Payable and other departments to ensure financial accuracySupport general accounting functions and perform additional duties as assigned QualificationsHigh school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accountingStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environmentDependable, trustworthy, and professional demeanor Schedule: Part-time position (Must be able to work 6 hours per day, Mon - Fri) Compensation: $20 - $25/hr.
