Moderate physical work including regular walking, standing, bending, crouching, stooping and sitting for extended periods of time. Hand / eye coordination in the use of power and hand tools. Vision to read schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings. Excellent speech and communication skills. Dexterity of hands and fingers to assemble circuit boards, computer panels, and cabinets. Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings. Moderate physical work requiring ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Duties And Essential Job Functions
- Read and interpret schematics, electrical drawings, and blueprints for panel construction.
- Fabricate and assemble electrical control panels, including drilling, tapping, punching, and mounting components.
- Perform point-to-point wiring of internal panel components such as PLCs, relays, motor starters, VFDs, and communication equipment.
- Use digital multimeters (DMM) and other test equipment to confirm wiring integrity and panel functionality.
- Troubleshoot wiring and component issues to ensure panels meet design and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with company safety practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely panel completion.
- Document work performed and assist with preparation of panel test reports as needed.
- Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology or related technical coursework, or High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience in control panel construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, assembly practices, and industrial control components.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment.
- High standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
