About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Your Role:
- You will understand the role of Loan Services in generating reporting in support of NAV process and actively liaise with various internal departments to meet monthly/quarterly NAV deliverables
- You will act as point of contact for client queries/requests and drive resolution of issues relating to client accounts
- You will receive new trade details from client and manage process to ensure settlement within satisfactory market timescales
- Provide clear instructions to loan processing team to onboard new facility/loan into loan management system and validate inputs after completion
- Ensure accuracy of processing loan activity (draws, repayments, reallocations, scheduled and ad-hoc waterfalls)
- You will conduct reviews of LMA/LSTA, PAR/Distressed trade documents including trade confirmations, transfer certificates and pricing letters for accuracy
- You will pro-actively liaise with trade counterparties and agent banks as required in order for timely settlement of trades
- You will co-ordinate with clients and treasury teams that trades are funded correctly on settlement date
- You will maintain up to date trade status records in order to provide reporting to management and client on regular basis
- You will ensure trades are accurately settled on back office loan system and documents stored for audit requirements
About You:
- You are analytical, organized with ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- You are hands-on and comfortable learning new applications and sourcing information from numerous systems
- You are flexible and comfortable adapting to fluid operational requirements and deliverables
- You are capable of communicating in a strong and professional manner with diverse internal and external stakeholders, as well as escalating issues to management in a timely manner
- You have a minimum of 2-4 years experience in a similar function within a fund administrator with Loan Servicer experience an advantage
- You have experience of a range of debt product types including, but not limited to, syndicated (par & distressed), bilateral, direct lending originations, commercial real estate loans, total return swaps, letters of credit You have strong Microsoft excel capabilities, with previous experience of ClearPar loan system a benefit, but not essential
