Job Description:
Citation Site Services is looking for a dependable, hard-working Concrete Laborer to join our growing team. We specialize in residential foundations and flatwork and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and shows up ready to grind.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with forming, pouring, finishing, and stripping concrete
- Set and tie rebar and install embeds
- Help with grading, excavation prep, and site cleanup
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
- Work alongside foremen and crew members to meet schedules
- Maintain a clean, safe job site
Requirements:
- Prior concrete or construction experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
