Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Oversee daily activity across multiple assigned sites
- Visit locations to check performance and address concerns
- Keep post orders and procedures up to date
- Step in when issues come up and help resolve them
- Hire and onboard supervisors and security staff
- Build schedules and make sure coverage is in place
- Provide feedback, coaching, and corrective action when needed
- Set expectations around professionalism and reliability
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Respond to concerns and follow up as needed
- Attend meetings and provide updates on site performance
- Look for ways to improve service and strengthen relationships
- Review reports tied to staffing, incidents, and operations
- Monitor timekeeping and scheduling for accuracy
- Track basic expenses and assist with budget awareness
- Keep records organized and current
- Confirm all staff meet licensing and training requirements
- Review incidents and make sure proper follow-up happens
- Coordinate with emergency services when needed
- Reinforce safety expectations across all sites
- High school diploma or equivalent (college experience is a plus)
- At least 3 years of experience in security operations or a related field
- Experience managing teams or multiple locations
- Basic understanding of security procedures and response protocols
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Background in contract security or multi-site operations
- Industry certifications such as CPP or PSP
- Familiarity with scheduling or reporting systems
- Mix of office work and regular field visits
- Travel between sites within the assigned area
- Fast-paced role where priorities can shift during the day
- Bonus potential up to 20% based on performance
