Primary Duties
- Drive between assigned properties and complete scheduled patrol checks
- Watch for unauthorized vehicles, individuals, or unusual activity
- Check doors, gates, and access points to make sure they are secure
- Report safety concerns, damage, or suspicious behavior
- Keep clear daily logs and write incident reports when needed
- Operate the patrol vehicle safely and follow all traffic laws
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Able to obtain an Unarmed Guard Card if not already licensed
- Comfortable working alone and making decisions in the field
- Basic vehicle operation knowledge and safe driving habits
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
- $18.00 per hour
- Consistent overnight schedule
- Training provided for site duties and expectations
- Support from supervisors and operations team
- Option to pick up additional shifts when available
