Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine foot patrols of buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
- Maintain a visible presence to discourage disturbances or unauthorized activity
- Monitor entry points and handle access-related concerns as needed
- Respond to resident calls, including noise complaints or disturbances
- Write clear and accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
- Assist residents while upholding property rules and guidelines
- Follow all post orders and company procedures during each shift
- Active Guard Card required
- Personal firearm and ability to carry in line with state law and company policy
- Willingness to complete armed certification through Citadel Security USA
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- At least 1 year of armed security experience
- 2 years of overall security experience preferred
- Background in residential, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Residential apartment setting with regular resident interaction
- Primarily foot patrol with continuous movement throughout the shift
- Overnight weekend schedule requiring consistent attention and reliability
- $24.00 per hour
