Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant
Physical Therapist (PTA) – Full time| Outpatient Setting
Pay: $28–$34/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday

This role gives you the chance to create meaningful connections with patients while helping shape the future of our clinic. Work hands-on in a community-based setting to restore strength, mobility, and independence through personalized therapy plans. Our outpatient program is a mobile therapy team who travels to our contracted Assisted Living facilities to provide therapy treatments.
