Job Title: Housekeeper

Shifts:
- 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri (full-time)
- 11a-7:30p Mon-Fri (full-time)
- 8a-12p Sat-Sun (part-time)
Payrate: $17.20 hour $5.09/hour for Health & Wellness (company-paid; medical, dental and vision)
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and turning over rooms, including changing linens, making beds, and tidying living spaces.
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors.
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas such, as hallways, lobbies, and lounges.
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all assigned areas.
- Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
- Restocking supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damage to management.
- Adhering to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Excellent time management skills.
