• Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and adjust treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and post-discharge care.
