Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Lending Specialists to join a leading banking team supporting loan operations across commercial lending portfolios. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between internal departments, relationship managers, legal teams, and clients — ensuring seamless coordination from loan approval through deal closing and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the loan process — from approval through closing.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to manage the deal flow pipeline and ensure all transactions progress efficiently.
- Review and coordinate closing documentation with legal counsel or internal document preparation teams to ensure regulatory and due diligence compliance.
- Oversee loan funding and post-closing activities, including payments, draws, and payoffs, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Partner with operations and finance teams to verify accurate loan booking, accrual reconciliations, and daily cash management.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential loan issues or documentation gaps before closing.
- Conduct detailed reviews of loan and collateral documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal policies.
- Support ongoing client servicing needs and maintain thorough loan records throughout the lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to enforce policies, procedures, and compliance controls effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, banking core systems, and nCino software.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Required Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience as a Lending Assistant or Loan Processor in a banking or financial services environment.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) loan documentation.
- Prior experience coordinating loan closings and working with legal and compliance teams.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
