Role Summary
CISO Global is looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead and grow a national sales organization focused on cybersecurity and risk advisory services.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by building a strong, consultative sales approach that connects with security leaders and executive stakeholders. The person in this role will help shape how we go to market, improve sales execution, and develop a team that can win in complex enterprise environments.
We are looking for someone who can build, not just manage. This includes refining strategy, strengthening pipeline discipline, developing strong client relationships, and creating consistency across the sales organization.
What You Will Own
- Lead and grow a geographically distributed sales team while driving consistent achievement of revenue and margin targets.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned to how organizations evaluate cybersecurity risk, compliance, and incident readiness.
- Establish a consistent and measurable sales process across pipeline development, forecasting, and deal execution.
- Partner with marketing and executive leadership to improve positioning, messaging and GTM strategy.
- Align inside sales, field sales, and partner channels to support revenue growth.
- Work closely with the service delivery teams to ensure offerings match real client needs.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team with a focus on accountability and performance.
- Identify new markets, verticals and growth opportunities.
- Provide input on service and product development based on client feedback and market demand.

- Ability to communicate technical solutions in a way that connects to business outcomes
- Experience working in a growth-focused or evolving organization
- Solid operational discipline, including forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM (Salesforce) usage
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment and comfortable wearing multiple hats
