Position Overview: The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in management, preferably within the plumbing, septic, restoration, or flood services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management:

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

• Financial Oversight:

  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  • Ensure financial goals and objectives are met.

• Operational Excellence:

  • Maintain high standards for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

• Human Resources:

  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Implement performance management systems and employee development programs.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably within the plumbing, septic, restoration, or flood services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations and leading teams.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in business management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary : $45,000 - $70,000
