Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
Partner with leaders to understand current and future talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Full-cycle recruitment activities, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Use data and metrics to drive recruiting decisions, track progress, and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with HRBPs and Talent Partners globally to ensure consistent standards and alignment across regions.
Manage, and continuously improve the internship program, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and conversion strategies.
Build relationships with universities, professional associations, and early-career networks to strengthen talent pipelines.
Provide guidance on employee relations and policy interpretation, ensuring consistency and fairness.
Leverage data insights (turnover, engagement, recruiting trends) to advise business decisions and workforce planning.
Coordinate internship learning experiences, mentorships, and end-of-program evaluations.
Support the implementation of people programs such as onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
Serve as a consultant to management on HR-related matters, including performance, employee engagement, and organizational design.
Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and performance improvement plans while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Support talent planning, succession, and organizational development efforts to strengthen leadership pipelines.
Support or lead HR projects as required.
Lead or support change management initiatives to enable smooth transitions during periods of organizational growth or transformation.
Partner with managers to foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, inclusion, and development.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations that drive data-informed decisions.
Support the annual HR cycle processes, including performance reviews, engagement surveys, compensation planning, and workforce planning.
Coach leaders on effective communication, feedback, and employee engagement strategies.
Assist with HRIS configurations, testing, implementations and training others.
Other admin duties as assigned.
May track or administer FCRA or PBSA certification processes.
Lead and/or support with regular audits.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required (Master’s degree preferred).5 years of progressive HR experience, including direct business partner or generalist responsibilities.
2 years in recruitment or talent program management.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Demonstrated experience supporting managers and senior leaders in a consultative capacity.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with HR systems (Workday experience strongly preferred).
