Duties and Responsibilities
Project planning and coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Implementations, and Client Support, to effectively execute onboarding activities. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies for each client onboarding.Client communication and relationship management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process, establishing strong rapport and managing expectations. Communicate project milestones, progress updates, and potential risks to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Requirements gathering and solution design: Work closely with clients to understand their unique business requirements and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet the clients’ needs and align with company capabilities.
Implementation oversight and quality assurance: Oversee the execution of onboarding activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards. Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to assess the completeness and accuracy of client setups and configurations.
Issue resolution and escalation management: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process. Escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders and leadership for timely resolution.
Documentation and knowledge sharing: Maintain thorough and prompt documentation of client requirements, project statuses, and implementation details. Share best practices and lessons learned from onboarding experiences to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s degree preferred, with Project Management experience
Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a project management
PMP Certification Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior technical documentation experience preferred
Experience in the Background screening industry preferred
Demonstrated success in driving projects to completion and managing demands of multiple projects at once
Prior experience utilizing Salesforce, Jira or CRM required
Must have a positive attitude and strong relationship building skills with clients and colleagues
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high volume environment with critical deadlines
