The GTTS Security Team: Our dedicated team is responsible for managing vulnerabilities within the GTTS and C4P ITE systems. We specialize in cybersecurity configuration and monitoring, ensuring compliance with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), and overseeing Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring and response across various environments, including on-premises, AWS, and Azure. Our SOC is comprised of Tier 1 and Tier 2 personnel, who are committed to safeguarding our infrastructure and maintaining robust security protocols.
Your Impact
As a Compliance Specialist joining our team, you will significantly enhance our capabilities. Your expertise will help ensure that GTTS consistently meets regulatory standards, effectively reducing the risk of non-compliance. With your skills in risk management, you will identify potential compliance risks early and drive their mitigation, safeguarding the organization from possible security breaches. You will also work cross-functionally with other teams to streamline compliance procedures, making them more efficient and user-friendly. By providing valuable training, you will increase the team's understanding and awareness of compliance requirements. Your presence will strengthen GTTS's credibility with clients and partners by demonstrating a strong commitment to upholding high compliance standards.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years experience with FedRAMP compliance and risk management including NIST SP 800-53.
- 2 years experience with SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and other similar tools.
- 2 years experience in a compliance or security environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or CISA) are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and upholding compliance policies and procedures that align with programs like CMMC or FedRAMP, and Cisco standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to simplify and communicate control requirements.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to support business key performance indicators.
