Cisco Quantum Lab provides an excellent opportunity to work on groundbreaking research in quantum information and to connect with a network of world-class research groups. As part of the team, you contribute to research projects and develop working prototypes, and publish papers in conferences and journals.

Cisco Quantum Lab, part of the Emerging Technologies and Incubation (ET&I) Group, is passionate about identifying breakthrough quantum technologies that build new markets and businesses for Cisco. The team also continues to progress through Cisco’s significant work with standards bodies and manages research partnerships with leading-edge universities.
WHO YOU ARE
Minimum Requirements:
- Ph.D. in computer science, electrical engineering, or a relevant field
- 5 years of research experience in quantum cryptography and/or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in programming languages such as: Python, C and/or Java preferred.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in security of QKD and QRNG systems
- Knowledge of network security
- A strong research track record demonstrated by peer-reviewed publications and conference presentation
Salary : $171,000 - $251,700
