What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician - Conveyor & Electrical Systems position at Cisco-Eagle, Inc.?
Field Service Technician — Oklahoma City, OK
Own a piece of the company you work for.
Cisco-Eagle isn't just another service company. We're a 100% employee-owned material handling systems integrator that's been growing steadily for decades — and every employee shares in that growth through our ESOP.
We help companies keep their warehouses and operations running with conveyor systems, lifts, dock equipment, industrial carousels, storage systems, palletizers, stretch wrappers, and more. Our service team is the group customers count on when equipment needs maintenance, something stops working, or a problem needs to be solved quickly and correctly.
We're hiring a Field Service Technician to join our Oklahoma City team. This is a hands-on position for someone with field service experience who can troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment, work independently, communicate professionally with customers, and take pride in getting the job done right.
Why People Stay at Cisco-Eagle
You're an owner, not just an employee. Our ESOP means you build real equity as the company grows — on top of your pay.
Your work matters. When a customer's equipment goes down, you're the person they rely on to figure out what's wrong and get them back up and running.
You're backed by a team. You'll work independently in the field, but you'll also have other Cisco-Eagle technicians, installation crews, subcontractors, and internal resources to support you.
Real benefits, not just a checklist. Paid vacation, 401(k), medical insurance, profit sharing, and more.
No two days are exactly the same. You'll work on different equipment, troubleshoot different problems, and spend your time solving real-world mechanical and electrical issues.
Stability. We've been solving material handling problems for a long time, and we're still growing.
