IT Governance
- Coordinate the IT Governance Steering Committee—prepare agendas, manage meetings, and track project intake.
- Facilitate prioritization of IT initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain an inventory of CIS applications and systems, identifying ownership gaps.
Development Team Support
- Act as liaison between Functional Business Unit (FBU) Managers and the Application Development team.
- Support sprint planning, backlog management, and team coordination.
- Assist with workload prioritization and communication across teams.
