Requirements: To be successful as a Caregiver, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be physically able to assist residents with mobility and transfer needs. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with meals, including serving food and drinks.
- Observe residents' eating habits and report any concerns to the Wellness Center.
- Help residents get dressed and ensure they are properly attired before entering the dining room.
- Participate in care planning and implementation to meet the unique needs of each resident.
