We are looking for an organized and driven Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth running of our sales operations. This position is based out of our Orlando,Florida office.
Sales Administrator responsibilities include being a liaison between location and corporate, maintaining sales records, providing administrative assistance to the sales team, and handling customer inquiries.
Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent knowledge of sales administration procedures and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Ultimately, the role of the Sales Administrator is to help our sales team focus more on selling and less on administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Process orders via email or phone
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support agent
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Experience with Oracle NetSuite a plus.
