Position Summary
Cirtec Medical is seeking a Sr. Manager of Program Management Office (PMO) to lead program execution across its Interventional CDMO portfolio. This role is accountable for driving disciplined, predictable delivery of customer‑funded development and manufacturing programs across multiple OEM clients, technologies, and sites.
The Sr. Manager of PMO will establish and lead a scalable PMO function that supports new product introductions (NPI), design transfer, industrialization, and lifecycle programs in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This leader will act as a key interface between customers and internal cross‑functional teams, ensuring commitments are met on schedule, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
PMO Leadership & Governance
- Establish and lead the PMO for the Interventional business, defining governance, standards, tools, and performance metrics appropriate for a CDMO environment.
- Implement consistent program management practices across customer programs while allowing flexibility for customer‑specific requirements.
- Provide executive visibility into portfolio health, capacity constraints, risks, and financial performance.
- Oversee complex, customer‑funded programs including NPI, design transfer, process development, validation, and scale‑up to commercial production.
- Ensure programs meet customer contractual commitments related to scope, milestones, cost, and quality.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer issues and ensure timely, transparent communication.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to drive execution across multiple Cirtec sites.
- Lead trade‑off discussions related to schedule, cost, resourcing, and technical risk in a high‑mix, multi‑customer environment.
- Align program execution with manufacturing readiness and operational capacity.
- Own program‑level financial performance including budgets, forecasts, margin impact, and change management.
- Identify and mitigate program risks (technical, operational, regulatory, and supply chain).
- Ensure disciplined change control and scope management in line with customer agreements.
- Build, lead, and develop a team of Program and Project Managers supporting the Interventional portfolio.
- Establish clear expectations, career paths, and performance standards.
- Coach teams on customer engagement, execution discipline, and stakeholder management.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement across PMO processes, tools, and reporting.
- Leverage lessons learned across customers and programs to improve predictability and speed.
- Support scalability as the Interventional business grows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10 years of program/project management experience in medical device manufacturing, with strong exposure to contract manufacturing or CDMO environments.
- 5 years of people leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing customer‑facing programs with contractual deliverables.
- Strong understanding of NPI, design control, technology transfer, and regulated manufacturing.
- Solid financial acumen and experience managing program budgets and margins.
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Experience in interventional, cardiovascular, vascular, or minimally invasive devices.
- Familiarity with FDA, ISO 13485, and global regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing multi‑site, global manufacturing programs.
