## **Position Summary**
The Production & Warehouse Leader is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s production and warehouse facility. This includes overseeing demand–supply planning, material flow, assembly, inventory control, shipping, and RMA processes. The role ensures on-time delivery, operational discipline, and product quality while driving continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems.
## **Key Responsibilities**
### **1. Operational Execution**
* Oversee daily warehouse, assembly, and shipping operations to meet customer delivery commitments.
* Ensure accuracy in inbound/outbound logistics, inventory transactions, and documentation.
* Maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand and company revenue goals.
* Implement, standardize, and monitor SOPs for all production and warehouse activities.
### **2. Demand–Supply Planning**
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Procurement to forecast demand and plan production.
* Manage material availability and optimize inventory levels to balance working capital and responsiveness.
* Create and maintain a master production schedule with visibility into order status and capacity constraints.
### **3. Team Leadership & Development**
* Lead, mentor, and develop a small cross-functional team across warehouse, shipping, and RMA.
* Set performance goals, conduct coaching sessions, and foster a culture of accountability and safety.
* Cross-train team members to ensure operational flexibility and business continuity.
### **4. Quality & RMA Management**
* Oversee the end-to-end RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
* Analyze root causes for product returns or defects; collaborate with Engineering on corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate RMA records including trends, turnaround times, and improvement metrics.
### **5. Process & System Improvement**
* Drive operational efficiency through digitization and automation of inventory, work orders, labeling, and tracking.
* Apply Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement principles to production and warehouse operations.
* Partner with Finance and Operations teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and inventory valuation.
### **6. Health, Safety & Compliance**
* Ensure compliance with safety policies, regulatory requirements, and workplace standards.
* Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production environments.
* Conduct periodic safety and process audits, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
## **Qualifications**
* 5–10 years of experience in production, warehouse, supply chain, or operations leadership.
* Strong understanding of inventory management, material flow, and production planning.
* Experience with Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems and digital workflow tools.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing, and evolving operational environment.
