Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and continuously develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Qualify or disposition candidates based on resume review and interview feedback
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate documentation and activity within the ATS
- Meet or exceed weekly activity and performance targets related to calls, outreach, and candidate engagement
Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for or supporting engineering functions
- Experience working in an ATS; iCIMS experience preferred but not required
- Aviation industry experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- High energy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics and quotas
