About the JobThe CNC Manufacturing Technician is responsible for operating our newly expanded automated CNC equipment, where we produce aluminum frames for our LED displays. The right candidate will work diligently to ensure that all products are manufactured with integrity and free of error. The standard schedule for this position is 330P-12A, Monday-Friday. Job DutiesProperly start up and shut down CNC equipmentEfficiently load and unload CNC equipment with unprocessed and processed partsDiligently monitor machine performance, perform basic troubleshooting activities, and escalate issues through the chain of commandManually deburr parts and manually assemble aluminum frames with fixtures and screw gunsPerform timely basic daily and weekly preventive maintenance on the machinesMaintain a clean and organized workcellFollow all safety requirements and raise safety concerns to the Safety Committee when observedFollow written and oral instructions and provide process feedback for continuous improvementPerform additional duties as assignedCirrus Core Values: What we look for in a teammate.Bring Passion: We take pride in our work and bring our BEST to all interactions with our customers and teammates.
