This individual will play a critical role in scaling our Sales and Go-to-Market teams while partnering closely with hiring managers across the organization. Role Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles, from sourcing to offer stage
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools like Ashby, and other sourcing methods
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and deliver effective hiring strategies
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience, acting as a transparent, empathetic, and inspiring representative of the company
- Use data to track and improve recruiting processes, optimize pipeline health, and drive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced tech environment
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech companies
- Proven success hiring for Sales or Go-to-Market roles
- Background in sourcing and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Strong client management skills, including the ability to give strategic pushback and influence decisions
- High attention to detail with a data-driven mindset and familiarity with metrics and reporting
- Excellent communication skills - both in engaging with candidates and aligning expectations with hiring teams
