This role is fully on-site at our Portsmouth, NH factory. The standard schedule for this position is 330P-12A, Monday-Friday.

Job Duties
- Properly start up and shut down CNC equipment
- Efficiently load and unload CNC equipment with unprocessed and processed parts
- Diligently monitor machine performance, perform basic troubleshooting activities, and escalate issues through the chain of command
- Manually deburr parts and manually assemble aluminum frames with fixtures and screw guns
- Perform timely basic daily and weekly preventive maintenance on the machines
- Maintain a clean and organized workcell
- Follow all safety requirements and raise safety concerns to the Safety Committee when observed
- Follow written and oral instructions and provide process feedback for continuous improvement
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills And Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of manufacturing experience
- CNC experience preferred
- Flexibility to work in different manufacturing work cells as needed
- Self motivated
- Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of up to 100lbs
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Close visual focus required
