Duties
- Work as validation engineer on new product introductions of high performance mixed -signal audio integrated circuit products while driving yield improvement, cost reduction and quality improvement; prototype sample generation, yield enhancement, characterization, qualification, test development, cost reduction, customer returns, and release to test contractors; create test software programs and design test hardware for a variety of Automated Test Equipment platforms; coordinate with other integrated circuit product functions across the company.
- Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. Alternatively, a Bachelor of Science in one of the foregoing fields plus two years of experience. In addition, the position requires practical and theoretical knowledge of mixed signal product and test engineering, semiconductor circuits, and statistics sufficient to drive resolution of qualification failures.
